The black tie event will celebrate more than 50 years of the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award in Australia with Kings of the Kitchen.
The extravagant seven-course degustation dinner will have top chefs Dany Angove (Leeuwin Estate), Scott Brannigan (Balthazar Bar Restaurant), Stephen Clarke (Clarke's of North Beach), Leif Huru (Nobu Perth), Sean Marco (Crown Perth), Chris Taylor (Fraser's Restaurant) and Hadleigh Troy (Restaurant Amuse) join forces to create a spectacular menu accompanied with boutique WA wines.
The McHenry Hohnen 2012 Rocky Road Zinfandel will accompany Chris Taylor's course from Fraser's Restaurant.
The Prince's visit will highlight the Award which has 36,000 young people in programs that help disadvantaged youth realise their potential.
Early bird tickets are available until Friday 26 September at a price of $500 +GST, with normal ticket pricing $700 +GST from then on.
